Custom Portraits :
Price includes initial consultation by email,
draft image review by email and one round of image adjustments before final review.
If you are not satisfied at the time of your final review you are eligible to receive a $400 refund (less consultation fee + tax).
Terms and Policies:
Shipping - Free US shipping on all products(add'l shipping for other countries). Standard orders will be shipped within 21 days after receipt of payment. Custom portraits will be shipped within 14 days following final review and customer approval. Excludes sales outside of the continental United States.
Refunds on non-sale or custom portraits will be issued upon request by email if the item is returned within 10 days of delivery. Costs for return shipment, in original packaging, is the buyer's responsibility. No refund on sale items.
